Dress your dog in this fashionable black and pink zebra print dog Pettiskirt tutu. This dog pettiskirt tutu can be used for a Wedding, Family Photos, Holiday party, Birthday or Special Event. We use lots of layers of black tulle with the top layer in nylon chiffon zebra print, two layers of fuchsia nylon chiffon ruffles attached. This tutu can be worn with the shirt or just the tutu alone. The black top has a fuchsia nylon chiffon ruffle at the back of the neck.
